Service terms

YWG.AI offers an API-only analytics Free tier. A verified email link provides access. No payment is needed for Free access. Pro costs USD $9 per month through Stripe Checkout. Only a verified paid Subscription grants Pro. A Checkout return alone does not change the tier.

Use a site you control

Prove control of a hostname with the requested DNS TXT record before you send events. A pending claim expires after 24 hours. Do not send personal information in paths, URL queries, titles, referrers, event names, or property labels.

Collection choices

New sites start with pseudonymous sessions, environment categories, Cloudflare location up to city, bounded URL queries and campaign/click IDs, referrer detail, title, screen, and language enabled. A site owner can set stricter or looser collection choices up to these defaults through the account API. Bot filtering starts on and can be disabled. The conservative bot list can miss or misclassify clients. Performance stays off. Replay starts off for new sites. Feiticaria's owner-only policy permits consent-required replay only on exact /ajuda/ with strict masking. Ordinary pageviews do not start a recording. The site must show a clear notice and a reviewed opt-in control before it offers capture. Other sites remain off. Paid Pro replay needs separate approval. Strict mode hides all text and source attributes. A future standard mode could show approved public text after a separate review. An optional first-party tracker sends pageviews and custom events through the same API after it checks public site flags. Install only one collector for a site. Feiticaria's seeded policy honors DNT and excludes private paths and sensitive query/hash keys. Its URL queries and click IDs stay off unless an owner later changes that policy.

Technical limits

Free accounts have one verified site, 10,000 events per UTC month, and a 30-day event retention policy. Pro accounts have five verified sites, 100,000 events per UTC month, and a 365-day event retention policy. The collector also limits each site to 120 events per minute. Requests over a limit receive an error, not a successful event receipt.

Keep API tokens private. Revoke a token if it is exposed. The service publishes no uptime agreement or legal compliance certification. Each site operator is responsible for its own use of analytics under applicable law.

Paid access

Stripe hosts Checkout and subscription changes in its Customer Portal. An unpaid, expired, or canceled Subscription returns Free limits. There is no paid-access grace beyond a verified paid period. Stripe Tax remains off. DIEGO TI LTDA remains responsible for applicable tax duties. Choose Pro with a private API token.

The YWG server uses GNU AGPLv3. The source archive is public. The license permits competing hosted versions and requires an offer of corresponding source for modified network-accessible versions.
